Practice Information

Sometimes our emotions are contained in still lakes...and sometimes they overflow in massive floods. No matter the cause, these floods of emotions can feel overwhelming to handle–that's where we come in. Therapy can be an effective way to find support when the waters rise while gaining the skills to handle and understand them better.

Safe and social-justice oriented therapy is our top priority. We are a group practice with many highly skilled, compassionate, and trauma informed therapists. We offer virtual therapy in Vermont and New York, and will be adding clinicians in Georgia soon! We are passionate about expanding access to social-justice informed care to rural areas of the country as well as urban areas. We are a completely virtual practice to help people find the care they need, wherever they live.

Therapists here combine effective, evidence-based treatments as well as client-centered approaches to help curate a treatment plan that will be effective for you.

We look forward to hearing from you soon!
