Hi! Thanks for wanting to learn more about Strive On Counseling. We are a practice licensed in the state of North Carolina, consisting of several therapists with various specialties and areas of expertise. If you're tired of struggling and are looking to find some freedom and hope, we would love to help you out. We help clients who are looking for compassionate and down-to-earth therapy to work on issues like Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Life Transitions, ADHD, Stress, Trauma, and Substance Abuse. We love providing clients with concrete tools and strategies that they can use outside of therapy, while also going deep in sessions to heal the root of the issue.
We offer individual therapy both virtually and in person. We use therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), EMDR, Mindfulness, and Buddhist-based therapy.
We are in network with BCBS, Aetna, and Medcost. Two of our providers are in network with United Healthcare. For all other insurance plans we can provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits. We even have a billing person on staff who can help with that paperwork!
Our out-of-pocket fees range from $135-$165, and we do offer some sliding scale spots that go lower than that (subject to availability).
ADHD - Skill-building and support around organizational challenges, distracted attention, procrastination; building and maintaining healthy routines and structure
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
