At Spring Forward Psychotherapy, LLC, Karen's mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate care to adults and teenagers (14 and older) struggling with mental health issues or for those who need help processing daily life and routine stressors and want to focus on self care.
Karen's therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning she draws from a variety of evidence-based techniques and tailor the approach to each client's unique needs. She prioritizes creating a warm and supportive environment for all clients. She has additional training to provide EMDR, CBT, DBT and ADHD therapy.
Karen's business model at Spring Forward Psychotherapy LLC is "outside the box" of traditional therapy as in-person sessions take place in park/nature settings (there is no physical office). That being said, there is a lot of flexibility of shifting from various parks to teletherapy for each session. The practice is also a subscription based service to create a "concierge" experience for clients with lots of flexibility on how to use the session times and to help minimize decision fatigue in deciding to schedule and pay for another appointment and encourage consistent accountable self care practices. (Depending on how you use the service, sessions range from 116-250$). Karen does not bill insurance, but can provide Superbills for out of network reimbursement. Below are the different subscription packages...

90 Minute (1.5hrs) ....................................$350
