How does payment work at your practice?
At Alvarado Therapy, we are out of network providers and therefore do not take insurance. Our fees range from $160-$225 depending on the therapist you are working with. We are happy to provide you a statement of services, often called a "superbill" so that you can obtain reimbursement for out of network benefits if that is something that your insurance company offers you.
