There are 5 therapists available for you to choose from, each of them trained in many therapeutic modalities including IFS, Brainspotting, EMDR, ACT, and Marital.
We are a laid back group of therapists who often get together for coffee, lunch or dinner. You will feel that vibe when you walk in the office.
If you are online, you will immediately feel at ease with your therapist, knowing that you are not too much and that we got you.

We offer individual, couples, and family therapy for ages 14 and up.
The therapists at Amy Robbins Counseling offer a wide array of therapeutic options.
We love to work with young adults and help them navigate this world.
We help adults with a wide array of reasons for therapy- anxiety, depression, trauma, adjusting to marriage, divorce, life changes, parenting, etc.
We work with couples/partners to help them explore ways back to each other.
We see adolescents....well because being a teen is really hard these days.
The goal of our practice at Amy Robbins Counseling is to support clients in their personal change and self-guided growth.
The clinical relationship is an important part of therapy. Safety and fit are the most crucial. We will work hard for you to feel safe, heard, and seen while with us.
We strongly affirm that our practice is a safe and welcoming place for people of color, immigrants, the LGBTQ community, people of all abilities, religious minorities, women, men, and all who desire constructive help or change, whether focused on personal, relational, familial or societal transformation.
Our counseling rates vary between $150-$200 an hour.
We do not accept insurance. We are happy to give you a statement to be reimbursed (or applied to your deductible) with your insurance.

Adolescent mental health - Working with adolescents, teenagers, and parents on social, academic, and/or emotional challenges throughout teenage years; addressing anxiety, family conflicts, peer relationships, school stress, transition to college, social media pressures, self-esteem, hopelessness about the future, emotional disregulation
Couples counseling - Addressing relationship challenges and life transitions; strengthening communication and feelings of security, desire, connection, and love
Family issues - Promoting communication and supporting family members to address challenges and reduce conflict and distress
Men's health - Expertise in working with adult men; providing a safe and understanding space to address life challenges and promote physical and mental health
Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
Women's issues - Therapy tailored to common concerns among women; providing a safe and understanding space to address life challenges, stressors, and questions around identity as a woman
