Welcome to Beginner’s Mind Psychotherapy!
My name is Erica Nelson, LCSW and I am the founder. Since 2018 I have worked as a licensed clinical social worker and have over a decade of experience in the field of mental health. I am excited to offer quality therapeutic services to the community through our group practice.
Our clinical team is made up of individual therapists with varying specialties and personalities. It’s our belief that the client- therapist alliance is the foundation for success, so we are thoughtful about placing you with a provider best suited for your needs. We support our clients in taking the lead in this experience and will lean into our expertise for your benefit. Whether this is your first time in therapy or have a history with the mental health care system, we look forward to welcoming you into our practice and seeing how we can help.
This practice is a particularly good fit for couples seeking therapy, adolescents and families, adults who are experiencing heightened levels of emotional dysregulation or looking to change patterns of self- destructive behavior.
