Becca Gerlach is a therapist and founder of Being Human Group. We're so glad you reached out for help! At Being Human Group we believe each individual and family should be treated with curiosity, compassion, and individual attention. We specialize in providing trauma informed care for a variety of life's challenges.
Being Human Group is focused on ensuring that clients see real progress: each therapist has a style that is interactive, non-judgmental, and positions clients as the experts on where they are now, and where they want to go. As trauma-informed therapists, Being Human Group is sensitive to the influence of past experiences on present challenges, and works closely with clients to reframe the narrative of their life in a way that increases self-confidence and compassion.
We want to help you feel safe and accepted as you are, where you are. We offer both in person and telehealth services, and strive to meet your needs so that therapy can be accessible within your busy schedule.
Becca began this practice to offer a space for all people to receive high quality trauma informed therapy from real people. Our team has been there and made it through to the other side. We want to help you do the same.
