Dr. Vakili and associates specialize in assisting individuals facing challenges in their daily lives due to various concerns, including anxiety, depression, personality disorders, panic disorder, trauma, OCD, burnout, Veteran challenges and agoraphobia. Our team offers evidence-based tools and strategies to support clients in regulating their emotions and regaining control.
We offer both Telehealth and in-person appointments.

Additionally, we specialize in working with families who have children with special needs (ADHD, Autism, etc.) and are experiencing challenging behaviors. Our Parent Management Training (PMT) program equips parents with skills to reduce their child's challenging behaviors, enhance communication and relationships, and improve their child's overall functioning.

Session fees are between: $135- $250 per session for Individual therapy
