Practice Information

Therapy is not just for the messiness or chaos, but also an opportunity for everyday mental maintenance.

A Safe Space to Talk & Decompress:

Accessible and flexible therapy with a licensed therapist you can trust. We have some the best therapists and practitioners from a variety of disciplines. Ready to meet you exactly where you’re at to get to know yourself, support life balance (rhythm), explore healthy relationships and create opportunities for connections with work, community and yourself.

Strategies for Behaviors & Patterns:

Many behaviors and patterns are rooted templates from childhood or the environment you inhabit. These behaviors and patterns sometimes protect us, but most often times they end of creating harm to yourself and others. In therapy, safely explore the patterns and behaviors, learn new skills to manage those

Treatment for Mental Health Conditions:

Engage with a licensed clinician to explore a mental health diagnosis such as, anxiety, depression, PTSD or ADHD. With a trained professional, you will receive integrative care, interventions and evidenced informed strategies to navigate the condition. This space is judgement free with the goal to decrease the symptoms and increase functional strengths.

Our sport and performance division (coaching and consulting) focuses on centering your values, staying present, and taking committed action toward your goals. This approach can work for anyone who performs in a high-pressure environment on or off the field.

We have worked closely with the hospitality industry, automotive, tech companies, contractors, educators, and private physician groups. Athletes, students, medical professionals, corporate executives, musicians, and many others.

We believe mental health is essential health in order to live a better everday life.
