Hello! We're Dr. Dennis, Dr. Theresa, Maddy, Matt, Ashley, and Dr. Korey. We believe that while life is hard, every human being has the potential to surmount stress and strain. Whether you're experiencing relationship issues, work stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, chronic pain, chronic illness, or other concerns, our goal is to help you find meaning, self-respect, growth, and resilience. We're passionate about helping you increase your ability to weather and recover from difficult moments in the future. We'll do this by leveraging your strengths and building your coping skills to help you manage stress and create a life you want to live.
Our approach stems from the belief that all humans have innate value and worth, and that all behaviors meet a need. We’ll work with you to examine the bio-psycho-social factors that influence your overall wellness, and we'll use empathy, authenticity, a non-judgmental stance and science-driven interventions to unlock and harness your internal resilience.
Therapy can be a confusing and scary endeavor, and we take seriously the fact that you're putting your trust in us. We are happy to speak with you to address any questions about our services and to get to know each other more. We invite you to message us here or visit us at the CPGR website to learn more about us and our practice.
CPGR provides high-quality, accessible, empathy-driven, science-based, individual therapy services that aid in fostering growth, resilience, wellness, peace, and serenity for our clients and communities.
Dr. Dennis, Dr. Theresa, Maddy, Matt, Ashley, and Dr. Korey have extensive experience in and specialize in a variety of areas, including relationship issues, anxiety, work stress, burnout, professional issues, and mood disorders like depression and bipolar disorder. We enjoy supporting individuals living with chronic pain and chronic illness as well.
CPGR is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthPartners, Cigna, UCare, and Minnesota Health Care Program/MinnesotaCare/Medical Assistance.
If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees are $250 for an intake and range from $150-200 for individual therapy sessions depending on the provider and service offered. We are happy to provide superbills for you to take to your insurance company to attempt to obtain reimbursement if you are not in-network with one of the above insurers.
CPGR stands out from other practices for a number of reasons:
1. Specialized Expertise: Our therapists have extensive experience in research-backed practices like ACT, DBT, MBCT, and CBT and are excited to share these strategies with you.
2. Tailored Treatment Plans: We understand that every client's experience is unique. We work with you to create personalized treatment plans that address your specific needs and goals.
3. Collaboration: We value collaboration and believe that you are the leader in the session. We'll bring our expertise, but you decide where we go and what we talk about in session.
4. Regular Openings: We regularly have openings for new clients. This allows us to provide timely support to individuals who are seeking effective strategies to manage their stress and improve their quality of life.
