Conscious Puzzles',Clinical Director, Princess Okieme, LCSW.,spent ten years of her professional career as a Clinical Social Worker and Behavioral Therapist working in clinic with autistic children as well as with cognitively challenged adults. Ms. Okieme ensures that the Clinical team provides high quality mental healthcare to patients.
As a patient, you will be linked with a highly skilled professional that have experience working with children between the ages of 0 to 18 and their families, veterans, immigrants, domestic abuse victims and neuro-divergent children and adults. As well as, individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring disorders, who have a history of and/or are at high risk for homelessness, incarceration and/or institutionalization.
Our staff will assist patients with developing a better understanding of who they are, root cause of their challenges and a better understanding of how their environment has a direct impact on their overall functioning.
We are effective in helping patients to recognize their strengths and putting them into action, in order to assist them with quickly incorporating coping mechanisms that can help them manage and/or decrease their challenges.
Conscious Puzzles have an ongoing high demand for services from current patients and new enrollees due to our ability to meet patient immediate needs and our ability to:
Take patient concerns and complaints very serious by quickly addressing them.
Address root cause(s) of all our patients issues that are due to poor linkage needs (e.g. Community Resources).
Assist and support families and their children with IEP's/504 Plans.
Ensuring that parents and patients are always an integral part of the treatment process.
Work collaboratively with stake holders to ensure our patients receive comprehensive care (e.g Teachers, School Psychologist, Parents, Medical Staff).
Our employees will undergo continuous training to ensure we meet the needs of patients and their family. All interventions are modified to address patient progress and needs.

Our practice is also in partnership with highly skilled mental health professionals that also accept Aetna, All Savers, Anthem, AvMed, BlueCross, Blue Shield(MHSA), Cigna, EAP:Cigna, EAP: Evernorth, EAP:United Health Optum, Golden Rule, KaiserNorth, Humana, Magellan, Optum Health Complex Medical Conditions, Oscar, Oxford, Surest(formerly Bind), United Medical resources, United Healthcare Life Insurance, United Healthcare Shared Services and United Healthcare Student Resources. If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees range from $120-$220 depending on the provider and service offered. We are happy to submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company.

Where girls between the ages of 11 to 13 come together to discuss their challenges with anxiety, family issues, social isolation, being bullied, feeling different, self-esteem, racial identity, future goals, pop-culture and other social pressing issues.
