Our psychotherapists, Lavender Roland Waring and Autumn Potter, are offering couples therapy sessions at sliding scale rates at this time.

Updated December 5, 2023

Welcome to Creative Now Therapy. We offer couples & individual therapy to all ages. Our therapists are Cris - she/they, Autumn - she/her, Lavender - they/them, & Christine - she/her. We are an inclusive practice, with a background in the arts. We are sensitive to the creative process & welcome a wide range of creatives, freelancers, executives, parents, & young adults.

Our integrative approach uses mindfulness, body awareness, & creative interventions to enhance your ability to feel more at ease in the world. We'll guide you to tune into your body, beliefs, creativity, & patterns. This will support you in developing greater emotional presence, more tolerance for difficult feelings, & help you move more fluidly through difficult life circumstances. We are trained in talk therapy, art therapy, & body-centered/somatic psychotherapy to help you tap into core issues. We believe through creative interventions & attending to your body that you can generate more understanding of your struggles to enact behavior change and growth.

Clinical Director Cris Maria Fort Garcés, LCAT, has specialized in using somatic & creative interventions to approach adults experiencing significant life events & transitions for 15 years.

Psychotherapist Autumn Potter, LCAT, works with couples, adults, & children. She has a decade of experience working as a teacher & actor. This has informed her ability to engage people safely & with compassion in the creative process.

Psychotherapist Lavender Roland Waring, LCAT, works individually with adults & couples. They specialize in working with queer, trans, GNC, BIPOC folks who've experienced: trauma, abuse, depression, those needing assistance navigating non-monogamous relationships, & people who want to explore gender identity + sexuality.

Psychotherapist Christine Nasol, LCAT, works with children, adolescents, & adults specializing in anxiety & depression, with an interest in providing creative arts to the BIPOC community. Christine is AAPI-identified.
