Practice Information

E Wellness offers therapy for Spanish Speaking Clients. We are currently highlighting our Advanced Clinical Fellow, Carolina Rodríguez.

As a psychotherapist with 12 years of experience, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, affective disorders, and eating disorders among Spanish-speaking clients. I hold a degree in Psychology from a prestigious university in Bogotá, Colombia, and professional credentials in the United States.

I have a strong background in sexual and reproductive health, addressing complex cases such as high-risk pregnancies, reproductive health issues, and sexual health within couples. Currently, I am part of an international foundation that supports vulnerable youth in Latin America, helping them engage in sports, avoid substance abuse, and develop leadership skills.

My expertise also includes working with populations affected by social oppression, gender inequality and trauma. I have led international intervention programs to promote healthy emotional expression, prevent revictimization, and build community support networks.

I approach therapy from a cognitive-behavioral perspective, treating each person as a holistic individual. My goal is to offer compassionate, comprehensive therapy. I guide my clients in expressing their emotions, building self-esteem, resolving conflicts, making decisions, and navigating life’s transitions with confidence.

In my virtual practice, I create a safe space for emotional expression, where patients can find peace and well-being. Through self-reflective dialogue, I facilitate catharsis and help develop coping skills. My support is free from judgment, focusing on releasing guilt and achieving balance across all areas of life.
