With a background in complex traumas, she provides a compassionate and structured approach to healing. Evelyn also offers support for relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem issues, helping clients regain control and confidence in their lives.

Allison, a partner at E Wellness, specializes in anxiety, stress, perfectionism, and career-related challenges. With experience in both the finance and technology sectors, she brings a practical, goal-oriented approach to therapy.
