Get help for your children, a friend, family, or yourself! Our veteran master's degree LCSW clinicians and practice consider all we work with to be in our Ohana (Family).

Seeking help is a humbling and courageous step. We admire the courage it takes to begin this journey, and we are humbled when clients allow us to support them. Our practice focus is on children, adolescents, and women's issues. Our success with children ages 6-17 has come via specialized training, including play therapy, Sandtray, IFS, and EMDR. We have some clinicians certified in Grief/Loss Counseling and others in Substance Abuse.

Everyone has the natural potential to heal from within. Working with a clinician from our team will help you unlock your potential to choose and live the life you want. We will sort through the root cause of your struggles, allowing you to heal your heart, mind, and soul.

We unconditionally respect our clientele, always providing a safe and supportive space. You are the hero in your own story, and we are here to support you in your journey.

About

How does payment work at your practice?

Our clinicians can be viewed on Psychology Today and are in network with SelectHealth, Blue Cross Blue Shield (incl. Regence, Federal, and more), Aetna, United Healthcare, EMI, BHO, UMR, Cigna, Multiplan, Optum, and adding more. If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees range from $100-$200, depending on the provider and service offered. We are happy to submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company and Worker's Comp. We work with several outside funding groups to help clients, such as Utah Victims Avocates, Domestic Violence, and Suicide Awareness group catering to our major focus on Women and Children's issues.

What services does your practice offer?

We offer in-person and online sessions for children 6-17, young adults, adults, and seniors. We offer individual, family, and couples counseling sessions and parent sessions with or without their child.

What are your practice's specialties?

Our Special focus is on both Children's and Women's issues. Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationship/Co-Dependency issues. We have experience with eating disorders, grief/loss, substance abuse, and addictions of all kinds, with some clinicians holding certifications with Grief/Loss and others with Substance Abuse.

Why should I choose your practice?

Our clinicians bring 10+ years of experience after obtaining their Master's degrees and licenses. We are unique in that we have gone "Old Skool" and pay our clinicians for time off and training, ensuring they don't have too many sessions per week. Part of our "old skool" setup is that our clinicians make time to help each other with collaborative ideas, techniques, and learning versus so many "factory shops" that only pay their clinicians for the time in a session. Our "Ohana" culture of work-life balance enables our clinicians to be prepared and energized to work better with each client. We care about our team, so they care about you, providing us all with one large "Ohana" or family.
