Life can be complicated and seem challenging at times. Seeking help takes courage! Mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, post-traumatic stress and addiction can be difficult and overwhelming to face alone. Support and guidance are often needed for healing. Each person needs their own unique therapeutic experience, and I use a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to meet those needs. If an area of your life is not serving you well, let’s talk.

Eternal Hope Therapy Services is a full-service therapy practice in Phoenix, Arizona. We offer individual and couples therapy sessions.
What are your practice's specialties?
The therapists at Eternal Hope Therapy Services specialize in a variety of areas, including: anxiety, ADHD, addiction, anxiety, depression,
developmental disorders, eating disorders, grief, trauma and PTSD. We work with children ages 7 and up, adolescents, adults and seniors.

How does payment work at your practice?
At Eternal Hope Therapy Services, we are in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and United Healthcare health insurances. If you do not have one of these health insurances are fee is $100 per session. We are happy to submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company.

ADHD - Skill-building and support around organizational challenges, distracted attention, procrastination; building and maintaining healthy routines and structure

Loss, grief, and bereavement - Emotionally preparing for the anticipated passing of a loved one; managing feelings and reactions to a death or loss of significance; support during the process of healing and acceptance
Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
