Evolve Family Therapy is a full-service therapy group practice based in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. We offer in-person sessions at our Geneva, IL location, and remote services throughout the state of Illinois. We offer individual, couples, group and family sessions and see ages 5+.

How does payment work at your practice?
At Evolve Family Therapy, we are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United health insurances. If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees range from $100-$200 depending on the provider and service offered. We are happy to provide you with a superbill so you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
