Flourishing Minds is a full-service therapy practice in Atlanta, Georgia. We officer individual and couples therapy sessions.
Therapists at Flourishing Minds specialize in a variety of areas, including holistic therapy, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. We have a particular special interest in working with our young adult and corporate America clients, helping them to prioritize their mental health and wellness alongside their professions.
At Flourishing Minds, our Therapists look and feel like you. As Black Women Therapists, we provide a safe space for our clients to remove their superhero cap, and find the safety needed to just be. Our motto; "Helping our clients move from survival to a flourishing state of mind".
At Flourishing Minds, the group practice is our to network with health insurance. Our fees range from $75 to $120 depending on the provider and service offered.
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
College & graduate student mental health - Specialized strategies for common issues of young adulthood, including school and career stressors, support around healthy relationships, existential concerns, drug or alcohol issues, eating disorders, and anxiety and/or depression.
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Race & cultural identity - Exploring topics of racial, cultural, and ethnic background as it relates to one’s family origins and personal identity
Stress management - Strengthening effective ways of coping with the stress of life and change; managing expectations of self and others
Self-care - Learning what effective self-care looks like and incorporating these strategies into daily life; developing an awareness of wellbeing to identify when one needs to practice self-care
