So often we find ourselves in patterns of thought and behavior that aren’t serving us. At GTA, we help you break out of these cycles, by giving you the space to create a new story and expand into your fuller self.
Led by our CEO and founder, Esther Boykin, LMFT, our work is built on three core principles - stay curious, honor emotions, act with intention. We believe these are the foundation to helping our clients show up more fully for their lives and relationships.
We believe that therapy should be innovative, evolving, culturally attuned, and highly accessible to all. Every person deserves a safe place to feel seen and loved for the complex and imperfect human they are and it is our mission to help create that.
Our therapists work from a range of theoretical approaches to offer each client a personalized plan for your therapy journey. We have a diverse, compassionate, and creative team of therapists on staff to meet the needs of a wide range of clients and concerns.
