At Harbor of Hope Therapy, we strive to make mental health care accessible to everyone. We are in-network with major insurance providers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, Priority Health, and Cigna, making it easier for clients to receive the care they need without the added stress of high out-of-pocket costs. For clients who do not have insurance with one of these providers, our fees range from $130 to $150, depending on the provider and service offered. Additionally, we offer superbills for self-pay clients, allowing you to submit them to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, ensuring that you have the support you need no matter your insurance coverage.
Addiction - Coping with emotional discomfort and suffering; reducing or abstaining from unwanted behaviors such as unhealthy gambling or shopping
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Couples counseling - Addressing relationship challenges and life transitions; strengthening communication and feelings of security, desire, connection, and love
