We aim to cultivate an environment where individuals and groups can speak candidly, explore their feelings and better understand themselves. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive space for our clients to grow, change, heal, and build a more satisfying and purposeful life.

We prioritize trust and authenticity as key tenets of the relationship between a client and therapist and prefer to work collaboratively toward clients’ goals. We also offer group therapy aimed at fostering a sense of belonging and community while also developing self-awareness and understanding.

Therapist's note

Our providers are not in-network with any insurance companies and are considered 'out-of-network providers.' Sometimes, your insurance company will agree to provide reimbursement for all or a portion of the fee as long as you submit claims to them, and often times you have to meet a deductible first.

Although we do not bill insurance companies, our out-of-network providers can provide a detailed invoice (called a superbill) that contains all the information you will need to file an out-of-network claim with your insurance company for reimbursement.
