Hudson Valley Mental Health is an out-of-network practice. We offer a range of fees from $100-240 per 45 minute session depending on the provider and service offered. We are happy to provide super bills for insurance reimbursement.

Parenting - Helping parents develop and implement strategies to address challenges that arise throughout childrearing; managing stress and increasing support
Phobias & fears - Providing techniques and support to overcome intense fear, anxiety, and panic related to specific triggers, such as heights or crowded spaces
Trichotillomania (hair pulling) - Support around tolerating anxiety, stress, and boredom; reduction or elimination of compulsive hair-pulling behaviors; strategies for developing alternative coping mechanisms.
Panic attacks / panic disorder - Brief, intense periods of overwhelming fear or anxiety
