Insight Counseling offers mental health services for adults, children and families. We provide individual, couples and family therapy for clients struggling with a wide range of issues including mood disorders, life transitions, grief, trauma, and interpersonal conflict. Our goal is to help you develop coping skills, gain insight, and achieve your goals. We take a client centered approach to therapy and integrate a number of well researched therapeutic techniques as one size does not fit all! We also know that the therapeutic rapport is the number 1 indicator of success in therapy, so forming a good relationship with clients is top priority in our practice. At Insight Counseling Group, we are in network for Aetna, Cigna, DMBA, PEHP, EMI, and Select Health insurances. We offer a sliding scale of $100-$175 depending on the provider. We submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company.
