Our team adapts treatment to the experiences and unique needs of each individual and family who walk through our doors. Our practice philosophy is grounded in the values of integrity, gratitude and acceptance and honors the connection between the mind and body in pursuit of wellness.
We believe that self-discovery through examining patterns of behavior is the key to transformational change. Through balancing empathy with accountability, we counsel and coach our clients to reach their maximum personal and professional potentials.
Compassion and courage have led us here and we know how hard and confusing some days, weeks and months can be. That is why we are here to partner with you as we work together to find your way back to balance.
Everyone is different and there is certainly not a one size fits all approach. We will make sure that we tailor each session to the individual so you get the most out of your time with your therapist.
We use a strengths-based lens to empower our clients to confront their current challenges with compassion and to feel confident in their choices.
