The Practice was created to be a place for you and your family to come, connect with us and trust that together, we will figure it out. Our team adapts their treatment to the experiences and unique needs of each individual and family who walk through our doors. Our practice philosophy is grounded in the values of integrity, gratitude and acceptance and honors the connection between the mind and body in pursuit of wellness.

We believe that self-discovery through systematically examining patterns of behavior is the key to transformational change. We use a strengths-based lens to empower our clients to confront their current challenges and to feel confident in their choices. Out of this trusting relationship, true growth is fostered as goals and timelines are established, barriers and obstacles to achieving success are identified, and concrete strategies and skill sets are developed. We balance empathy with accountability and coach our clients to reach their maximum personal and professional potentials.

Why should I choose your practice?

Connection, compassion, and courage led me to where I am today. It has taken me years to carve my own path and come to own my story in a truly authentic way. I founded Integrative Therapy & Coaching because I wanted to create a holistic space in my community where there is no one “right” way to heal.

It’s hard to know exactly what you need in times of suffering and struggle, other than just knowing you need help. My team and I bring a deep sense of empathy for the unexpected twists and turns that life can bring into to our work with each and every client.

We know how hard and confusing some days, weeks and months can be and we are here to partner with you to find your way back to center. Together, we will figure this out.

What services does your practice offer?

Everyone is different and there is certainly not a one size fits all approach. We will make sure that we tailor each session for the individual so you get the most out of your time with your therapist. All services are offered in-person or via telehealth.

Adult Psychotherapy, Adolescent Counseling Services & Parenting Coaching: A designated space and time for adolescent, young adult and adult individuals to process and explore their past, present and futures.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy & Behavior Therapy: Body image, Eating Disorders, OCD and Anxiety can improve through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) designed to examine our basic thoughts (cognitions) and how these thoughts impact our feelings and behaviors.

Executive Function Coaching: Executive functions are a set of mental skills that include working memory, flexible thinking, and self-control. Learning skills and habits to adapt is the key to balancing life’s demands.

How does payment work at your practice?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We require a credit card to be held on file prior to your initial session. Your credit card information is stored in a protected and encrypted system. Payment for scheduled sessions is due at the time of your appointment and the credit card on file will be billed after each session occurs.

A Superbill will be emailed to you through the Patient Portal each month detailing the date of services rendered the previous month as well as the detailed diagnosis, licensure and coding information needed to submit claims for reimbursement to your insurance company. Reimbursement amounts vary based on your individual insurance plan and how much coverage your plan offers for Out-of-Network providers.
