Practice Information

Accepting New Clients / In Office and via Telehealth.

Our therapists and wellness experts are warm, down to earth and authentic. We specialize in Mind/Body Healing. Whether your pain is coming from a broken heart from a relationship ending, complex trauma, death of a loved one, the loss of your career or income, overwhelming anxiety and depression, or a recent scary health diagnosis of high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, or chronic pain -we can help! All pain in the body has a mind/ body connection, but not all practices offer mind/body solutions.

Healing happens best when we use all of our senses to soothe and cope, face and share our feelings, move our bodies, fuel ourselves with healthy food, and fill our minds with positive imagery and thoughts to find a little bit of peace and hope. Our licensed clinicians and wellness experts offer help beyond traditional talk therapy for lasting positive change

We want to help you heal and live the life you envision for yourself! We value the beauty and synergy of connection. Where everyone—BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Neurodivergent, and so many more all come together. Not to be “included” in the status quo, but to create genuine connections based on our unique individual talents and perspectives, and find more joy and peace.
