Irving & Associates in Behavioral Health has been serving the Downers Grove and surrounding areas for over 20 years. Our 6 person team of experienced clinicians provide therapy for a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, mood disorders, and ADHD.

We work hard to provide a comfortable and supportive atmosphere for clients seeking therapy. Our clinicians offer a personalized approach that is tailored to your individual needs to help you meet your goals and build a healthy lifestyle.

In addition to our clinicians, our office staff is available Monday - Friday to assist with scheduling, billing/payment questions, as well as providing additional referrals/resources.

Irving & Associates in Behavioral Health is a comprehensive group practice located in downtown Downers Grove. We offer individual, couples, and family therapy sessions for individuals 8 years and older.

What are your practice's specialties?

Kathleen Irving specializes in grief/loss and working with older adults.

Olivia O'Hare specializes in substance abuse/addictions and working with first responders.

Why should I choose your practice?

Irving & Associates is unique in that we offer a wide range of services and strive to provide you with the best care possible. We often help clients create "care teams" and collaborate with other professionals (i.e. doctors, psychiatrists, nutritionists, EMDR therapists, etc.) to help meet all of our clients needs.

How does payment work at your practice?

We are in network with several insurance companies and offer direct billing to your insurance. Insurance benefit verification is available upon request to provide an estimate of cost for services. Payment is due after insurance claims are returned to the practice.

If you do not have health insurance, our self pay/sliding scale fees range from $50-150 depending on the clinician and service offered. The cost of self pay/sliding scale sessions will be set with your selected therapist during the first appointment.

We accept various forms of payment and payment plans are available upon request.
