At Jimini Health, we specialize in helping people manage their anxiety so they can reclaim their lives. Our practice philosophy is based on research that has shown that helping people develop coping skills in between sessions is an extremely powerful way to help people feel better faster. Our pricing for therapy is $59 per week ($236 billed monthly) for two live teletherapy sessions per month and access to continuous care via messaging-based therapy. Additional sessions can be scheduled for $35, ask your therapist for details. We don't currently accept insurance, but can provide you with a super bill for potential reimbursement.
We recommend a continuous care approach because it works! Research has shown that helping people develop coping skills in between sessions is an extremely powerful way to help people feel better faster. In particular, a combination of live sessions to build a strong relationship with your therapist, personalized exercises, and messaging-based therapy can be highly effective when done using clinical best practices.
We practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients learn coping skills and strategies to understand the interaction between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. CBT is considered the “gold standard of psychotherapy”. It is the most well researched and has been proven to help clients cope with anxiety.
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Phobias & fears - Providing techniques and support to overcome intense fear, anxiety, and panic related to specific triggers, such as heights or crowded spaces
Social anxiety - Helping clients increase confidence and ability to interact with others amidst fear of being judged, worry about embarrassment, or concern about offending others
Panic attacks / panic disorder - Brief, intense periods of overwhelming fear or anxiety
Worry - Learning how worry shows up in one’s life and exploring how worry impacts daily life, relationships, and wellbeing; developing coping skills to mitigate the impacts of worry

Our pricing for therapy is $150 per session. You can choose to meet with your therapist either once a week or every other week. In addition to your 50-minute video sessions, you will also receive support between sessions via messaging with your therapist + personalized exercises. We don't currently accept insurance, but can provide you with a super bill for potential reimbursement.
