We understand that finding the right therapist can be a challenge, which is why we offer a free 15-minute consultation before starting therapy. This will give you the opportunity to ask questions about our practice and determine if our approach is the right fit for you. We know that a strong relationship with your therapist is key to achieving positive change, and we are here to provide the support you need. Let's work together to make what may seem impossible, possible.
At Lake Rising Therapy, we believe that mental health care should be accessible and affordable for all. To make this possible, we have partnered with Aetna and Cigna health insurance as in-network providers. We understand that navigating insurance policies can be difficult, but we want to make it easy for you. Our billing office will contact your insurance before your therapy sessions to verify your coverage and determine your financial responsibility, such as whether you have a deductible, co-pay, or co-insurance.
For those with Out-of-Network plans, our fees range from $80 to $215, depending on the provider and service you receive. Many of our clients choose to use their Out-of-Network benefits to pay for therapy and even find that they can be reimbursed for a significant portion of the cost.
