Intern: Christina Campbell
My name is Christina Campbell, I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and actively intern with Live Well Brooklyn.
Growing up how I did was challenging to say the least, yet it opened my eyes on how important an individuals support system and development are. I decided to begin my journey to becoming a Clinical Mental Health Counselor because I want to be the pillar of support I wish I had through the many different stages in my life. I have a passion for helping others and servicing my community.
As a counselor, I enjoy working from a person-centered approach, as well as utilizing Solution Focused Brief Therapy. During our time together, I will work with you where you are, and assist my clients in figuring out what they want, and how to get there. There are no shortcuts when working on yourself or your goals, and yes… it’s hard! Nonetheless, I hope that I may be able to help you in some way.
-I am open to working with individuals, children, and couples.
Live Well Brooklyn was founded in 2015 as a new innovative mental health agency. Its founder, a licensed mental health counselor, based her ideas about mental health and mental health treatment on various values. The agency takes a humanistic approach and meets client’s where they are at. We address our clients needs and address barriers to treatment.
Despite our goal of delivering services that are patient centered, and humane, we want people to be treated like people so they can get the help they need without fear of shame or judgment.
We do our best to address these issues so people can get the help they need.
