Practice Information

The Liz Morrison Therapy Group is a team of social workers who provide therapy to children, adolescents, teenagers, young adult, parents, and families. As a team, we use a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, executive functioning strategies, EMDR, and some psychoanalysis. We also use a combination of therapy skills mixed with life coaching to support our teens and young adults who want help with things like life transitions, decrease stress, relationship and family issues, and other ways in which we can be a team with our clients.

Therapists at Liz Morrison Therapy will help you or your child achieve goals by providing the highest quality mental health service. Our challenging and direct, yet compassionate and considerate approach will allow you to reach your highest potential. With a primary focus on helping those with anxiety, we also specialize in depression, ADHD, executive functioning issues, relational issues, life transitions, school related challenges, and mood regulation issues.

What are your practice's specialties?

Liz Morrison Therapy offers individual, parenting, and family therapy to ages ranging from 8 years old to those who are in their 20's.

We want to be there to help you recognize the change you want and help give you to the tools to make it happen. We have extensive training in a variety of modalities and all come with our personal strengths which can help create a better fit between client and therapist.

How does payment work at your practice?

We are an out-of-network practice meaning that we do not take insurance but can offer you a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Most of our clients receive this services and get back anywhere from 60%-80% of the total bill.
