From the start, we want you to know that at Meadow Therapy, we believe that you have inherent worth simply by being born. Throughout your life, you’ve learned tools for survival that may no longer feel like they serve you. We can help you shift those survival skills using Mind to Body Psychotherapy. You already have many creative tools you’ve used for survival. One of our goals is to help you move out of survival mode into having a thriving and fulfilling life.

We offer inclusive therapy for adults, couples therapy, and group therapy. Using Mind to Body Psychotherapy, we can help quiet your harsh thoughts, soothe your racing heart, and calm your body. We specialize in working with trauma survivors, LGBTQIA+, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, Trans and Gender-Nonconforming, Self-Harming, Addicted, fat/larger-bodied, disabled, kink/BDSM, and polyamorous people. We see you all as the flora and fauna that come together harmoniously in the meadow.

What services does your practice offer?

Meadow Therapy is a virtual therapy group practice in New York State offering inclusive mind-to-body psychotherapy to individuals and couples/relationships. In-person sessions are limited and are located in Accord, NY. We offer individual therapy, group therapy, and couples/relationship therapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults.

Meadow Therapy offers a mind-to-body psychotherapy approach that is a mix of body-based work, exploration of childhood hurts, the neuroscience of emotions/emotional regulation, and various other concrete coping skills, that will help you and your loved ones tap into your inner resources. This helps us to look at you as a whole human being, your context, your surroundings and not just focusing solely on using talk therapy for healing.

How does payment work at your practice?

Sessions range from $125-200 for individual psychotherapy and $150-$250 for couples sessions. We are out of network with all healthcare plans. Our focus is on providing you quality care and excellent outcomes, not on insurance billing.
