Practice Information

From the start, we want you to know that at Meadow Therapy, we believe that you have inherent worth simply by being born. Throughout your life, you’ve learned tools for survival that may no longer feel like they serve you. We can help you shift those survival skills using Mind to Body Psychotherapy. You already have many creative tools you’ve used for survival. One of our goals is to help you move out of survival mode into having a thriving and fulfilling life.

We can help you thrive…

We offer inclusive therapy for adults, couples therapy, and group therapy. Using Mind to Body Psychotherapy, we can help quiet your harsh thoughts, soothe your racing heart, and calm your body. We specialize in working with trauma survivors, LGBTQIA+, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, Trans and Gender-Nonconforming, Self-Harming, Addicted, fat/larger-bodied, disabled, kink/BDSM, and polyamorous people. We see you all as the flora and fauna that come together harmoniously in the meadow.

We'd love to hear from you if you’re ready to explore your wildness!
