Mellem Clinic is an organization of dedicated and caring providers who are committed to the goals of therapy: health in life, love, and work. Therapy is a relationship that should feel positive and affirming. Together, we examine old patterns of thoughts, feelings, and emotions to discover a path to self-discovery. We work with clients in a clear, approachable manner, so we can pinpoint root causes of conflict and create a goal-oriented framework for progress. Often, the hardest part is beginning to understand why things aren't working. An initial phone call is a good way to begin the process of comfortably building that relationship. We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Mellem Clinic offers remote sessions to residents of Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island or in-person sessions for people in the Providence area of Rhode Island. Students at Brown, RISD, or Rhode Island College who are from Connecticut or New York may find that working with a therapist who can provide continuity while you are home visiting or to stay can be a helpful benefit.

Our goal is to help our patients achieve a deeper understanding of themselves, resolve long-standing issues, and develop more satisfying relationships. Give us a call and we can consult with you about the next steps.
