We believe in the power of self-care and personal growth. Our therapy services are specifically designed to support individuals and their families in their own journey of healing and self-discovery.​ Our practice has a combination of therapist, life coaches and students to provide an overall holistic care. We are currently a virtual practice and we accept almost all insurance companies including Medicaid. Our therapist include social workers, LCSWs, LPCs, family counselors and counselors who work with children. We have counselors who specialize in trauma, DBT, CBT and family dynamics. We’re here to help make a difference in your life.

What services does your practice offer?

We offer individual, family and couples counseling. We also have life coaches who will help with career development, relationships, health and so much more!

How does payment work at your practice?

We accept United Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Aetna, Sentara, Tricare and Kaiser. We also accept almost all VA Medicaid insurance.

If we do not accept your insurance we do offer sliding scales.
