Mind of Peace Counseling, LLC is committed to creating an individualized plan of treatment and care for every individual. We believe in custom fitting treatment to meet the specific needs of each unique individual. Many of our clients are big decision makers, dreamers and industry leaders who sometimes find themselves held back by painful experiences of the past. Mind of Peace Counseling, LLC treats a wide variety of concerns including but not limited to trauma, anxiety and depression as well as relationship concerns and or ADHD and Bi-Polar conditions. We believe in addressing all concerns with curiosity, creativity, and compassion and in meeting people where they are currently and walking with them towards greater freedom and a bright future.
Many of our clients navigate feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression that have become overwhelming, and impact how they show up at work and in their relationships. We work with clients to explore core beliefs about themselves, others, and the systems they exist within, as well as their specific values; co-creating practical strategies tailored to each client and their individual life journey.
Our general therapeutic approach is rooted in mindfulness and compassion. We utilize a wide spectrum of therapeutic approaches to treat individual concerns such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Moral Injury strategies in order to expand clients’ internal and external resources for healing, restoration, and joy.

If you do not plan to utilize health insurance, our fees range from $200 - $700 depending on the service or assessment required.
