Practice Information

Mind Therapy therapists focus on building a supportive and non-judgmental therapeutic space to explore undesired patterns and emotions. We will help you address what is inhibiting your personal freedom and preventing you from living life as your fullest self.

In this work, we will uncover the root causes behind your thoughts and feelings and provide you with concrete, practical tools you can use to combat overwhelming emotions. Things can get better when you work with a therapist. We will help you develop insight into your thinking patterns to eliminate critical thoughts and promote a positive mindset. Our expertise in individual therapy includes but is not limited to: trauma effects (childhood or adulthood), panic attacks, generalized anxiety, depression, family trauma, and self-esteem and relationships.

We practice tele-therapy using simple, secure, HIPAA compliant software. Our therapists provide high-quality therapy services that you can access weekly or as needed from the comfort and security of your home.

What services does your practice offer?

Mind Therapy provides telehealth psychotherapy for teens, adults, couples and substance use. We are dedicated to help people overcome obstacles and empower them to live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.

What are your practice's specialties?

We specialize in substance use and general mental health for adults and teens and focus on compassionate care while teaching skills and techniques to manage challenges.

Why should I choose your practice?

For convenience and accessibility, all of our services are provided via tele-health using a simple, secure and HIPPA compliant software. Receiving quality therapy during your lunch break, while on vacation or at the comfort of your own home is now a reality. Our tele-therapy approach will remain the same even when we are past the COVID crisis.

How does payment work at your practice?

At Mind Therapy, we are in-network with United Healthcare, Oxford, Cigna and Oscar. You will only be responsible for copayments. If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees range from $100-$200 depending on the provider and service offered. We are happy to provide a summary bill at the end of the month for insurance reimbursement.
