How does payment work at your practice?

At MindWell Psychology, we operate as out-of-network providers, offering flexibility in payment options for our clients. While we do not directly accept health insurance, we provide superbills upon request. A superbill is a detailed invoice that includes all the necessary information for clients to seek reimbursement from their insurance providers. This approach allows our clients to access our high-quality services while navigating their insurance reimbursement process more seamlessly. We understand the importance of financial considerations in mental health care and aim to provide transparency and support in managing these aspects.
