Practice Information

At Nest Psychiatry, we specialize in the treatment of reproductively aged women. We are Harvard-trained physicians with a passion for women's mental health and expertise on how hormonal fluxes can influence mood. Whether you are just leaving your nest, planning on nesting or coping with an empty nest, we are here to support you during your life transitions. We offer evidence based treatment options that might include medication, psychotherapy or a combination of both to address premenstrual dysphoria, fertility challenges, the perinatal period, the menopause transition and general psychiatric conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. We believe in an individualized approach to the treatment of women and aim to decrease stigma and empower you to make informed decisions about your care.

Dr. Soto is an MGH adult psychiatry graduate and current Women's Mental Health fellow at MGH. She has also completed training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International and additional through the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute fellowship in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. Dr. KG completed training in reproductive psychiatry at Brigham and Women's Hospital and has over a decade of experience in academic settings in educating trainees in women's mental health and treating women during the perinatal period and beyond.
