We specialize in the intersection between substance use, sex addiction, betrayal trauma, other trauma, attachment distress, and faith crisis among others. We promote healing and recovery through cultivating a sober way of life that heals and transforms a person's relationships to their body, to primary partners, children, peers, community, and seeks resilience through meaningful spiritual practices.
Our team roots their work in mindfulness, curiosity, and empathetic view. Our providers may use various modalities including IFS, CBT, ACT, EMDR, and DBT among others.
New Pattern Counseling is a inter-disciplinary team supporting sobriety, and healing from trauma and loss. We offer individual sessions in telehealth and in person as well as ages 16 and up.
The providers at New Pattern Counseling specialize in a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, guilt/shame, faith/religious deconstruction, addiction, and LGBTQ+ issues.
New Pattern Counseling in in network with Cigna, Pacific Source, and Regence. We are in the process of joining Aetna, First Choice and Providence. If you do not have one of these insurances, our fees start at $120 depending on provider and services offered. We are happy to submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company.

Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
