Practice Information

At Perspective Therapy, we offer compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals and couples navigating life’s challenges. Our services are tailored to adolescents and adults seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and trauma. We prioritize creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions, deepen self-understanding, and develop meaningful coping strategies. While our services are primarily offered via telehealth for flexible and convenient access to care, limited in-person sessions are available in Larchmont office.

Our clinical team is composed of fully licensed therapists and associate clinicians who are either provisionally licensed or completing their academic training under close supervision. Each clinician brings a unique set of skills, experiences, and therapeutic styles to meet the diverse needs of our clients. All team members are committed to ongoing professional development and delivering thoughtful, culturally responsive care.

What sets our group apart is our strong emphasis on collaboration, growth, and authenticity. We believe that healing is most effective when therapy is grounded in real connection, and we strive to match each client with a clinician who truly aligns with their goals and values. As a group practice, we foster a supportive, team-based environment where both clinicians and clients can thrive.
