We pride ourselves on using best practices and personalizing each session to fit the needs of our patients. We have 6 locations and offer in person sessions at these locations. We offer telehealth for those that prefer as well. We have experienced and caring professional therapists who will work with you to understand the nature of your problems and develop a personalized plan to assist you. Our therapists are committed to creating a safe and secure environment in which you can feel supported. We help individuals, couples and families discover new ways of living happier, healthier and more productive lives.

What services does your practice offer?
At Perspectives Counseling and Psychotherapy Centers we have clinicians that specialize in individuals, couples, and family therapy starting at age 8. We address a variety of concerns including substance abuse, eating disorders, LGTBQ, women's issues, anxiety, depression and more. Ask us about our parent coaching program as well!
Specialties
Alcohol use disorder & addiction - Tolerating emotional discomfort; reducing or eliminating reliance on alcohol; development of new coping mechanisms for stress and suffering.
Child mental health - Specialized strategies for common childhood disorders including attention issues, attachment problems, behavioral disorders, learning disorders, autism spectrum diagnoses, and feeding or elimination issues.
