What services does your practice offer?

Relationship Therapy Center is a full-service group practice in the Sacramento area of Roseville, CA and Fair Oaks, CA. Many of our clients come for relationship issues, but we also offer help with anxiety, depression, trauma, families, children and teens. Life is not always easy and it doesn't come with an instruction book. We have many very successful professionals in our practice that need help in their personal life. You will find understanding, support, and solutions for your particular challenge. We offer 50 minute, 75 minute and 100 minute sessions. Longer sessions can be customized for you. We also offer a Couples Retreat/Intensive that happens over a weekend. It is you and a therapist working on your relationship.

What are your practice's specialties?

Relationship Therapy Center specializes in couples therapy with the CEO being a Certified Gottman Method Therapist and all the clinicians being mentored by her as well as completing Level 2 of Gottman Method. This method teaches real tools to help improve communication, grow closer, improve sex lives, finally resolve conflict and learn how to be a better "we." Not all relationships continue so we also offer discernment counseling (should I stay of should I go?), Affair Recovery, Divorce Counseling and Co-Parenting Counseling. When clients experience betrayal in a relationship, there is often trauma involved. We have therapists trained in EMDR and Brainspotting to work through that trauma. Hypnotherapy is used to help anxiety and depression as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We have therapist who specialize with families, an amazing play room for children and therapists for teens.

We pride ourselves on customer service from our care coordinators who help you schedule with the right therapist, follow up with you on our electronic paperwork, and handle billing and statements.

You will find a professional, comfortable environment as you enter and are greeted with relaxing music and a beverage. We also have an excellent training program for all therapists where they are continually learning and growing their expertise.

How does payment work at your practice?

We accept cash, checks, credit cards, Health Savings Accounts/Flexible Spending Accounts. We do not contract with any insurance but will check your out-of-network benefits and provide you with what you need to submit claims to your insurance. Fee's range from $115-$175 depending on provider.
