All services at Room for Resilience are trauma-informed, which means that the therapist intentionally builds a sense of safety within the session so clients feel comfortable being vulnerable. Room for Resilience is a small group practice that offers individual, couples and family therapy sessions. We believe in treating the person as a whole and all that has led them to where they are now. We often support couples and families in a collaborative sense where they can receive several services allowing for their to be collaboration within the practice creating a wrap around approach. Additionally, we offer collateral support with other providers, schools, etc. to increase continuity of care.

What are your practice's specialties?

Our areas of specialty are working with relationship issues within couples and families, parenting support, anxiety and avoidant patterns, narcissistic abuse, men's mental health and emotional regulation for children.

Room for Resilience is a private pay practice that allows for a high quality of care, flexibility and support at the time you are in need. We work diligently to create opportunities for those who may need financial support and deserve the same quality of care. We have also partnered with Reimbursify to ensure ease when a client chooses to receive insurance reimbursement. We are happy to submit claims on your behalf if you so choose.
