Sandy Shores Counseling is a group practice in Draper Utah. All are welcome here. We offer a collaborative, safe and personalized approach and have therapists that work with individuals, families, couples and children.

We at Sandy Shores Counseling believe that the therapeutic relationship is the greatest indicator of success in therapy. We want to make sure you feel comfortable and supported. Our care is rooted in an unwavering belief in people. It can be intimidating to take the first step, but our staff and clinicians are here to walk you through the entire process.
At Sandy Shores Counseling we are in-network with BlueCross/BlueShield, Deseret Mutual Benefit Advisers, EMI Health, Regence, and SelectHealth. Our fees range from $140 - $150 depending on the service offered. For out of pocket payments we accept Cash, Visa/Mastercard/Discover, and HSA.
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Couples counseling - Addressing relationship challenges and life transitions; strengthening communication and feelings of security, desire, connection, and love
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
LGBTQIA, gender, & sexuality topics - Exploring topics of sexuality, gender, and identity; coping with discrimination and oppression; navigating relationship, family, and cultural challenges
Life transitions - Coping with difficult or impactful life changes, such as moving to a new area, relationship transitions, child rearing, or career changes; learning self-care to better manage resulting stress
Child mental health - Specialized strategies for common childhood disorders including attention issues, attachment problems, behavioral disorders, learning disorders, autism spectrum diagnoses, and feeding or elimination issues.
