Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life

LGBTQ-related challenges - Exploring topics of sexuality, gender, and identity; coping with discrimination and oppression; navigating relationship, family, and cultural challenges

Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse

Identity - Understanding, accepting, and strengthening one’s sense of self through the exploration of family, work, and personal values

Self-expression - Supportive exploration and expression of one's own ideas, beliefs, and passions

Santo Psychotherapy can provide you with paperwork for your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network reimbursement.

Only Nicholas is in-network for insurance (Aetna and Cigna); Michael is not.
