Our areas of expertise include a variety of issues and topics, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. We support individuals, families, and couples. Ongoing professional development is central to what we do, training with leaders in the field to bring the latest evidence-based best practices to you.
Our hourly rates are akin to most copays, ensuring the very best in mental health care is accessible to all. We offer early morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend appointments for broad flexibility in scheduling. We would be honored to learn more about your unique needs and hope you’ll give us the opportunity to be your support and guide.

How does payment work at your practice?
Finding quality, engaging care that is tailored to your needs is more affordable than you think.
While we do not accept insurance, our standard 50-minute session fee of $60.00 is comparable to some insurance copays. Initial intake (first) sessions for couples or families, where more than 1 person is present, are approximately 90 minutes and are $85.00 for the 90-minute session. This allows additional time to meet with the couple or family, review paperwork, get to know one another, establish boundaries, etc. Payment can be remitted using cash or a credit/debit card. We also accept health savings account (HSA) cards.

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Couples counseling - Addressing relationship challenges and life transitions; strengthening communication and feelings of security, desire, connection, and love
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
LGBTQIA, gender, & sexuality topics - Exploring topics of sexuality, gender, and identity; coping with discrimination and oppression; navigating relationship, family, and cultural challenges
Adolescent mental health - Working with adolescents, teenagers, and parents on social, academic, and/or emotional challenges throughout teenage years; addressing anxiety, family conflicts, peer relationships, school stress, transition to college, social media pressures, self-esteem, hopelessness about the future, emotional disregulation
