Our practice, led by Dr. Skierkowski-Foster, PhD, a licensed clinical psychologist in Rhode Island and Connecticut who is certified to practice in all participating PSYPACT states, specializes in treating a wide range of mental health conditions using proven therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

We're excited to announce our newest offering: a Telehealth Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group led by Dr. Heather Schatten, a highly experienced DBT provider certified through PSYPACT. This group brings expert-led DBT treatment directly to clients across all participating PSYPACT states, combining the effectiveness of group therapy with the convenience of remote access.

We accept several major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, United Healthcare, and Aetna. For those with out-of-network benefits, we're happy to provide assistance in navigating the reimbursement process. Our team can help you understand your coverage and submit claims on your behalf. For clients paying out-of-pocket, our fees are transparent: $300 for an initial psychiatric intake evaluation, $250 for a regular 60-minute session, and $100 per individual session for group therapy.
