At SoHo CBT + Mindfulness Center, we use the principles and techniques of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions to provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples.
We specialize in helping people address a variety of problem areas, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, and questions about identity and belonging. Our culturally appropriate services are particularly sensitive to the intersecting identities of our clients.
Our approach is practical and empathic. We provide our clients with the insights and tools necessary to live the life they want, while cultivating acceptance and compassion around areas of their life that cannot be changed. Throughout it all, we pride ourselves on providing therapy that reflects our warmth, understanding, and expertise.
