Sonder Counseling is a multi-specialty group therapy practice based in Michigan. We offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.

What are your practice's specialties?

At Sonder Counseling, specialize in a wide range of areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our therapists are trained in a variety of different theories including DBT, CBT, somatic therapy, and bio-energetics,.

At Sonder Counseling, we are unique in the variety of clinicians and specializations that we have been trained in. This allows us to reach a broader demographic and increase the likelihood that we have someone who will be a great match for you.

How does payment work at your practice?

We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Aetna, United Health Care, and Priority. We will handle all of the insurance billing for you! If you do not have one of this insurance plans or do not wish to use your benefits, we charge $150 per session. Please note that not all therapists are able to accept each of these insurance plans. Let us know what plan you have and we can match you with the proper therapist!
