Our approach will not only give you a safe space to grow, it will help you heal emotionally and allow you to move forward with purpose.
How does payment work at your practice?
Sweet Serenity accepts several insurance plans such as Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Magellan, and Optum that will be verified and submitted on client's behalf before services are rendered. Client's copay and coinsurance responsibilities are due at time of services. Private paying clients are also required to pay at time of services. No show and late cancellations without proper notice will be subjected to a $50 no show fee.

Therapist's note
Payment is due at time of services. Cancellations without penalty must be submitted 24 hours prior to scheduled session time. Any no shows or late cancellations will be subjected to a $50 no show fee that will be deducted from the payment method on file.
